The sale will occur December 19, 2023, at 10:00 am on the front steps of the U.S. Courthouse, 600 Granby Street, Norfolk, VA 23510-2449. The sale is subject to confirmation by the Court. The successful bidder must provide ten percent (10%) cash or certified funds at the time of the sale is bid in, and the remaining balance must be paid within seven (7) days thereafter, with the further condition, that in the event of the failure of the successful bidder to pay the balance of the purchase price within the time prescribed, the ten percent paid at the time the vessel is bid in shall be forfeited by the bidder and deposited to the credit of this cause, time being of the essence in the consummation of this sale.

The vessel must be removed from the Cape Charles Town Harbor Marina at new owner’s expense within 10 business days of the auction date.
